Roy Anthony Sciacca is a veteran music executive whose company-provided biography spans artist and tour management, full production studio, global merchandising, television production, entertainment finance, festival development and music royalty catalog purchasing.

His experience informs Global’s central belief: catalog transactions should respect the people who created the work, the rights that generate the income and the legacy that must survive the deal.

Early career

Artist & tour management

Roy began his career working alongside Irving Azoff, David Geffen, Howard Kaufman and Lou Adler, later spending a decade at HK Management and working across artist and tour management.

1980s–90s

Late Night Studios

He founded a production facility that supported major recording artists including KISS, Janet Jackson, Earth, Wind & Fire, Van Halen and others.

1999–2004

Global merchandising

Roy owned and operated touring and retail merchandising connected to Ricky Martin’s global rise, including the “Livin’ la Vida Loca” and “She Bangs” world tours.

2005–2009

Entertainment finance

He worked with private entertainment companies on public-market initiatives and related finance activities.

2009–2012

Television production

Roy produced “Recreating a Legend,” a music television series centered on creating the new Menudo.

Later ventures

Rockfest

He created the Rockfest and Rockfest 80’s festival brands in South Florida, extending his operating experience into large-scale live entertainment.

Since 2020

Music royalty catalogs

Roy has focused on music royalty catalog purchasing and the opportunity to connect rights holders, repertoire and qualified capital through Global.
